Our list of contractors

We don't publish a list, and we have good reason: We never want you to be locked down with any particular vendor. However, we do have excellent relationships with the best contractors in the Hill Country. These contractors know that building a Keast home is a special undertaking. Together we understand exactly how to make your dream home become a reality.

How do we choose contractors?

Because we take a hands-on approach to building that requires special attention to detail, we know that unique contractors are required to help bring the carefully planned vision to fruition. Therefore, we are extremely selective in choosing your contractors — thoroughly exploring their work and their reputation: Do they get it done on time? Are they honest? Do they keep their job site neat and clean?

We're not married to any contractor, so we'll consider anyone if they do superb work and have an excellent reputation.
